The Time That Beats: Redefining the Pulse of the Real
This article inaugurates the post-treatise “Chronon Field” series, extending Time May Not Exist! (Brécheteau, 2025, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17214502). It is self-contained while remaining consistent with the treatise. This V2 clarifies the operational aspects while keeping the same thesis and scientific direction. The core of the project: read time not as a flow, but as a measurable, local pulsation. The Chronon Field (Φ) denotes the local frequency of coherence. Non-energetic framework, general relativity unchanged: we do not touch light cones or stress-energy tensors; we only reparametrize durations, cadences, and observable coherences, readable via clock comparisons and synchronization networks. What the article states: it makes the master laws explicit, sets a weak-field dictionary linking variations of Φ to gravitational shifts, and defines a reading via a dimensioned residual (observed − GR model) anchored on the geodesic slope (about 1.1×10⁻¹⁶ per meter). Empirics are structured by a falsifiable P1–P4 pipeline (clocks; qubits and entangled pairs; long baselines; cognition) and by null tests (anti-gauge loops, link permutations) with explicit acceptance/failure criteria. What’s next: this publication opens the 2025–2026 series (physics and philosophy of rhythm) and prepares Ontology of Rhythm: toward a post-classical metaphysics.
