Method and System for Harmonic Lenz-Law–Driven Diamagnetic Plasma Confinement Using Passive Superconducting Coil Arrays
A system and method are disclosed for enhancing plasma confinement in nuclear-fusiondevices through harmonic synchronization of induced diamagnetic currents and passive su-perconducting coil (PSC) arrays. By extending Lenz’s Law via the Unified Harmonic FieldFramework (UHFF), the invention co-opts induced electromagnetic back-reactions to formdynamically stable curvature wells that confine plasma more efficiently and reduce instabil-ities. An optimization functional governs PSC placement and coupling to produce harmoni-cally balanced total magnetic fields without active feedback. The approach yields improvedenergy-confinement times, reduced edge-localized modes, and lower input-power require-ments for magnetic-confinement reactors.
