The Coherence–Gated Riemann Operator: A Parallel Reduction Principle to Reissner–Nordström Geometry
This work introduces a coherence-gated operator on the critical line of the Riemann zeta function. Phase smoothness and amplitude regularity are measured locally, and their harmonic mean defines a coherence value between 0 and 1. The zeta multiplier is activated only where coherence is high, and suppressed where coherence collapses. This produces a conditional “double-exit” structure: either coherence dominates and RH-type behavior is stable where the operator is active, or decoherent regions are automatically gated out, preventing contradictions. The same principle appears in Reissner–Nordström black hole geometry, where curvature and causal structure are well-defined only in coherence-stable regions. Numerical scans near the first zeros and at extreme heights show a stable coherence band and a consistently active gate regime.
