Localizing Value: Integrating Cost-Benefit Analysis into Flood Risk Planning in EMT
The Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) is a decision-making method used to evaluate the economic costs and benefits of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) while assessing their efficiency. The transfer solution was introduced by Southwest Finland and provided by the Adelphi. The primary goal is to establish a structured framework for long-term planning and decision-making in the EMT region. This initiative is implemented by DUTH, with support from ENORA and RDF-EMT.
