Financial Well-Being and Work-Life Balance of Personnel towards a Development Program
Work-life balance is a critical issue affecting financial well-being, according to the literature, because family and work are the most important aspects of everyone's life. This study aimed to see how work-life balance affected the financial well-being of sixty (60) employees. This study employed descriptive and correlational design as well as a survey research approach to collect data using questionnaires for the school year 2021-2022. Frequency and percentage mean, standard deviation, and Cramer's V / Kendall Tau Correlation were used in data analysis and interpretation. There was some evidence of a direct relationship between financial well-being and individual workplace performance, although work distraction and engagement were also significant contributors. Naturally, one's financial condition has an impact on these elements. The study found that respondents' secondary objective financial well-being indicators had no impact on their work-life balance. Finally, the study discovered their work-life balance influences that respondents’ subjective financial well-being. As a result, respondents' subjective financial well-being significantly influenced their work-life balance. As a result, this study shows that activities made to improve financial well-being through employee financial counselling and education benefit employees. This study would help and remind them to avoid the things that cause financial insufficiency, hence branding.
