Fractal Economy: Theorethical Framework (Whitepaper v0.81)
The Fractal Economy is a recursive economic architecture based on self-similar, locally autonomous production units that scale through proportional replication rather than centralization. Instead of treating value creation as a linear supply chain or a speculative digital market, the model frames economies as adaptive, thermodynamic systems where information, energy, and capital flow according to fractal scaling laws. Each Fractal Unit (FU) integrates production, exchange, reinvestment, and governance at the smallest viable scale, enabling resilience, reduced coordination cost, and measurable ecological alignment. The framework provides mathematical definitions, agent-based models, and implementation pathways for tokenized proof-of-impact systems (e.g., EquoraVault, EVA token). This white paper forms the theoretical foundation for the BlockFractal protocol and the Fractal Eavesdrop Detection layer, which operationalize cryptography and tokenomics within the same recursive structure. This preprint is part of the EQUORA Institute White Paper Series and serves as the conceptual base layer for subsequent papers: BlockFractal (cryptographic and tokenomic implementation) and Fractal Eavesdrop Detection Protocol (secure node-to-node validation layer).
