Structural Rank of η-Invariant in Universal Diophantine Representations

This is a revised version of the working paper introducing the structural rank function η(k). Changes from v1.0 include: - Corrected the asymptotic constant in Corollary 3.5 (multiplier 16 instead of 8). - Clarified the modular equidistribution hypothesis (Hypothesis 4.2) as an open problem. - Added statistical validation (95% confidence intervals) to Table 5.1. - Removed pseudo-citations and corrected proofs. All computational data and source code are provided for reproducibility.
