A Multi-Dimensional Fractal Space-Time and Fractional Electrodynamics Framework: Redefining Measurement and Control of Mass, Time, and Energy

This is the updated and revised version (v2, November 2025) of the research titled “A Multi-Dimensional Fractal Space-Time and Fractional Electrodynamics Framework: Redefining Measurement and Control of Mass, Time, and Energy.” This version incorporates several key scientific enhancements over the previous release (v1, October 2025). The main updates include: • Integration of a new subsection — “Quantum Uncertainty and Nine-Dimensional Dynamics” — providing a conceptual bridge between quantum indeterminacy and macroscopic field unification.• Refined mathematical modeling of time constants as intrinsic properties of matter and fields.• Improved formulation of fractional calculus to capture memory and resonance effects across multiple scales.• Expanded ETAP simulation validation and improved graphical representation of electromagnetic–gravitational coupling.• Updated reference list including recent works in quantum mechanics, field theory, and fractal geometry (Griffiths 2023; Ney 2021; Ito et al. 2024). The research proposes a unified framework for understanding mass, time, and energy through a nine-dimensional fractal–fractional electrodynamics model, bridging quantum mechanics, relativity, and control theory principles. Keywords: Fractal Electrodynamics; Fractional Calculus; Multidimensional Space-Time; Quantum Uncertainty; Energy-Time Conjugation; ETAP Simulation; Field Unification; Control Theory.
