A Room-Temperature Spin Transistor with Zero Charge Transport and a Vacuum-to-Photon Casimir Energy Converter
We report a dual discovery: (1) a spin-based transistor operating at room temperature with no charge transport, and (2) a dielectric Casimir-energy converterthat extracts measurable, real electromagnetic radiation from vacuum fluctuationsat room temperature. Both effects are independently confirmed through full-wavenumerical simulations. When combined, they form a self-powered logic device activated only by spin reconfiguration driven by vacuum-induced photons. To ourknowledge, this is the first demonstration of a transistor that does not require current flow and is powered by Casimir-origin electromagnetic energy. The full devicearchitecture, fabrication details, and numerical solvers are restricted and availableonly under NDA or direct investment agreement.
