Carbon dot and mesoporous silica nanocomposites improve spray-induced gene silencing to suppress plant RNA and DNA viruses
RT-qPCR and qPCR data for the publication: "Topical application of dsRNA in nanocomposites with carbon dots and mesoporous silica nanoparticles for the control of beet curly top virus and turnip mosaic virus." This data includes the dsRNA and viral titers used to evaluate the efficacy of the nanocomposite treatment in delivering dsRNA into the plant cells and controlling the two plant viruses, respectively.
