Neurocognitive Foundations of Systemic Resonant Intelligence (SRI)
This Technical Note introduces the concept of Systemic Resonant Intelligence (SRI), developed in preparation for the CRCNS 2025 Germany–USA initiative on Computational Neuroscience. The project explores how neuronal and cardiac resonance patterns can inform computational models of ethical coherence—a measurable alignment between perception, feedback, and ethically guided decision-making. Integrating principles from neuroscience, systems theory, and governance ethics, SRI proposes a framework for bridging biological information processing and relational governance architectures. Authored by Dr. Martina Timmermann, Principal Investigator (Ethical Systems & Governance), MBT Share – Shaping a Resilient Europe ® | ™. Note: A full paper version (v2) will follow, elaborating the kybernetic model and resonance equations.
