IMPACT OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ON PREFERENCES FOR SPORTS SERVICES DURING PREGNANCY
This study examines the impact of pregnancy on women’s preferences for different forms of physical activity and sports services. The aim is to identify key trends in the selection of active versus passive modes of exercise, as well as the influence of previous activity levels and time-related preferences. The findings reveal a gradual shift from more intensive activities toward gentler and relaxation-oriented practices as pregnancy progresses. The results highlight the importance of an individualized approach and the development of adapted wellness programs that account for physiological changes. Such tailored interventions can support the design of effective strategies for promoting physical activity among pregnant women.
