The Epistemic Phase Boundary in the Cognitive Uncertainty Principle
Version 3.0 introduces the epistemic phase boundary in the Cognitive Uncertainty Principle (CUP) — a transition between a local Fisher regime (smooth dynamics, C_Fisher = 1.17×10⁻⁴) and a global KL regime (jump-dominated, C_ε = 1.71×10⁻²). Using cup_scaling_pipeline.py, we show that the uncertainty constant scales with correlation length ξ and resolution ε, collapsing at the critical jump intensity λ_c ≈ 0.01. The canonical bound Δβ · KL ≥ C_β = 3.94×10⁻⁴ remains robust across both regimes, establishing CUP as a universally adaptive law in Subjective Physics.
