Energy Transfer on Magnetohydrodynamic Silver Nanofluid Flow Past a Cylindrical Enclosure
Energy transfer has consistently been a significant impediment to the intrinsic function of materials and the efficacy of material parameters in the field of engineering and chemical processing. Therefore, by examining the impact of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) silver nanofluid flow on the material parameters, it is possible to present a solution for its enhancement. Analytical approach was used and the governing equations were transformed into ordinary differential equations, which were subsequently non-dimensionalized. We obtained four distinct equations in cylindrical coordinates: the continuity equation, the momentum equation, the energy equation, and the concentration equation. The Laplace transform was employed to solve each equation in isolation, with modified boundaries conditions. The material parameters’ influence on the velocity, concentration, and temperature profiles of the nanofluid was illustrated through the use of graphs and analysis of the resulting solutions. While considering the Rosseland approximation ( q r ) for the effect of the radiation term, we observed heterogeneous effects of the material parameters on the various profile of the nanofluid. The combination of two thermal conductivity models demonstrated that silver nanofluid is an essential liquid in scientific and engineering applications. The effects of concentration, temperature, and particle size, as well as a combination of effective viscosity models for predicting flow behaviour, pressure distribution, and temperature gradients, were also demonstrated. The effect of Grashofs number, the Schmidt number, the Reynold number, and chemical reaction were also demonstrated.
