Quantum Model of the Universe: Part II. Chapter XXI. The paradox of subjective acceleration of time and its physical and informational foundations

Preprint. This manuscript is a preprint and has not been peer-reviewed.It is currently under consideration for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Description of the work: This work belongs to a group of interdisciplinary scientific research at the intersection of psychology, neurobiology, neuropsychology, quantum and theoretical physics. Chronopsychology of Affective States: Subjective Dilation of Time and Its Psycho-Biological Nature in the Context of a Relativistic Metaphor Abstract: This study examines the phenomenon of subjective time perception, specifically its dependence on an individual's affective states. Empirical evidence has shown that states of joy and happiness correlate with a subjective acceleration of time, while negative emotions (melancholy, fear, and grief) lead to a subjective slowing down of time. In this article, we conduct a systems analysis of this phenomenon, integrating data from cognitive neuroscience (the role of the insula, striatum, and prefrontal cortex) and psychophysiology (activation of the reward and stress systems). A metaphorical model based on Einstein's general theory of relativity (GTR) is proposed as a theoretical superstructure explaining the principle rather than the mechanism. Within this model, an individual's emotional and energetic state is interpreted as an analogue of energy-momentum, which bends the space-time of their subjective reality. Based on the proposed model, practical recommendations are derived for consciously managing time perception to optimize psychological well-being. Keywords: chronopsychology, subjective time, time perception, affective states, general relativity (GR), neurobiology, insular lobe, dopamine, cognitive strategies.
