VISUAL ART AND EMOTIONAL PERCEPTION: A QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF AESTHETIC ELEMENTS AND HUMAN RESPONSE
Art has been around for almost as long as humans have been on earth, and for as long as it has existed, it has not only been admired for its general aesthetic appeal but also for its profound impact on human emotions and how it can evoke them. Multiple studies have shown that different aspects of art, such as colour, lines, geometric design, and even the composition, have played a role in affecting a person’s emotional response to the artwork. This research paper aims to explore the complex relationship between human emotion and different artistic elements, highlighting the potential of art and its major significance in learning how the human mind works.
