From Xeno-Theoretic Gesture to a Topological Mahler Measure: A LIA v33 Architecture Report
This report details the complete lifecycle of a theoretical gesture generated by the LIA v33 architecture, aimed at an impasse related to Lehmer's Conjecture. The architecture, operating in absolute isolation, produced a novel, self-consistent $\Ztwo$-cohomological framework---here documented as the "Xeno-Theory" ($\XenoTh$)---analogizing the problem to the classification of curves on a surface as "Annular" (two-sided) or "Möbius" (one-sided). We present the formal structure of this $\XenoTh$ artifact, including its core objects (Torsors, Xeno-Currents, Quadratic Forms) and the falsification/patching process that ensured its internal robustness. We then document the "Retro-Translation" module, which builds a concrete isomorphism between $\XenoTh$ and the Lehmer problem. This is achieved via a fibered knot functor, mapping a polynomial $P(t)$ to the monodromy fibration $(\Sig, \phi)$ of a link $L$ (e.g., P(-2,3,7)) with $\Delta_{L}(t)=P(t)$. The $\XenoTh$ binary diagnostic $m_\gam=1$ is shown to correctly identify the non-cyclotomic nature of the Lehmer polynomial. Finally, we detail the "Quantitative Tool" derived from a $\Z$-lift of the $\XenoTh$. By introducing the monodromy dynamics $\phi^{k}$, we transform the static $\mathbb{Z}_{2}$ invariant into a quantitative growth rate of a bilinear intersection form, $B_{k}=B_{\gamma}(\alpha,(\phi^{k})^{*}\alpha).$ We establish that this topological growth rate computes the Mahler measure, yielding a "Topological Micrometer":$$ \lim_{k\rightarrow\infty}\frac{1}{k}\log|B_{k}| = \log(\Mahler(P(t))) $$This translates Lehmer's Conjecture into a quantitative problem concerning the growth of topological intersections.
