Metal-free stereoselective C(sp 3 )–H indolation of N-heterocycles to potent antimicrobial non-canonical tryp–pro hybrids

Direct diastereoselective C–H indolations of N-heterocycles under metal and oxidant-free conditions have been developed for one-step access to enantioenriched indolyl N-heterocycles as new antibacterial scaffolds against multidrug-resistant strains.
