Four-Dimensional Analysis Method In Complex Tooth Extraction Surgery
To explore the clinical efficacy of four-dimensional analysis - X, Y, Z axial resistance analysis and density analysis in minimally invasive extraction of complex teeth. Four dimensional analysis was used to analyze the three-dimensional spatial resistance, tooth hardness, and bone density of CBCT teeth in 356 clinical cases of complex tooth extraction. Minimally invasive techniques were used to extract the affected teeth. Record the extraction time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative and postoperative pain, postoperative swelling, postoperative numbness, postoperative infection, etc. Follow up for 1-3 months. 356 cases of complex teeth were successfully extracted using minimally invasive methods. The extraction time, intraoperative bleeding, intraoperative and postoperative pain, postoperative swelling, postoperative numbness, and postoperative infection were significantly reduced or decreased compared to the conventional minimally invasive extraction group, and the patient's sensation and experience were significantly improved; The four-dimensional analysis method directly analyzes the three-dimensional spatial resistance and tooth/bone density of a single tooth, combined with conventional clinical classification of obstructed or impacted teeth, which can simplify the analysis process, save clinical time, and reduce surgical complications. The four-dimensional analysis method can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of complex tooth extraction surgery and is worthy of clinical promotion.
