The Spiritual Logic Behind Dreams
This essay investigates the spiritual and scientific aspects of dreaming, proposing that the brain serves not only as a generator of mental imagery but also as a translator of consciousness. Combining neuroscience research with personal insights, it examines three types of dreams—brain, astral, and lucid—and argues that an integrative perspective encompassing both physiology and spirituality can shed light on the deeper nature of human awareness.
