🪶 Abstract (EN) Digital communication optimizes answers, not resonance.This paper introduces a model of AI-mediated resonance self-leadership,where human-AI dialogues serve as reflective spaces for awareness and self-regulation.Combining communication psychology, systems theory, mindfulness and AI ethics,the RabbitComm Model defines a three-phase resonance loop (Impulse → Mirror → Integration).The approach positions technology not as a replacement for human connection but as a didactic medium for perceptual training.
