A Variational Duality Framework for the Riemann Hypothesis
We propose and develop a conceptual correspondence between a generator–filter theory (GFT) and established structures in analytic number theory. In particular, we interpret (i) the system of complex numbers, (ii) the Prime Number Theorem (PNT), and (iii) the Riemann Hypothesis (RH) through the lens of discrete generative processes and continuous analytic filters. We introduce a meta-variational functional capturing the balance between generation and filtration, and we show how this might recast RH as a statement of geometric-informational equilibrium. While no new proof of RH is offered, the viewpoint yields structural insight and a heuristic guiding framework.
