Amrita Resonance – Quickstart for Practitioners
Amrita Resonance — Quickstart for Practitioners (v1.1) What this isA minimal, replicable protocol to (A) train chakra resonance via walking K-1 coupling and (B) induce field-level Amrita resonance via the central channel. This v1.1 clarifies:• A uses walking with Yongquan (K-1); a faint inner tone marks phase-lock.• B uses the central channel only: ~8 mm anterior to the anal opening and ~8 mm anterior to the vertex/whorl (not perineum↔Baihui). Two-Point Chakra Resonance (walking): cranial-midline “driver” + Yongquan (K-1) at the striking foot; attend to both points until a faint inner tone appears; later expand to heel center, pelvic-floor lift, lower abdomen, chest, and hands. Central-Channel Amrita (seated): gentle bandhas and brief, comfortable holds; visualize a fine “spark” rising along a central channel located ~8 mm anterior to the anal opening and ~8 mm anterior to the crown; stop well before any strain; “Middle Way” lifestyle notes. Toroidal circulation (standing or seated): sense a central helical updraft on inhale/hold; diffuse return via front/arms/legs and the surrounding field; keep dantian soft to stabilize seated circulation. All-Directional Convergence Meditation (ADCM): notice micro-Amrita first; allow subtle influx to converge inward while maintaining outward soft focus; close with gratitude. Candidate measures (optional): HRV (rMSSD), EEG/MEG alpha/theta power & coherence, inner-tone micro-events, subtle EDA at hands/soles, group entrainment, place effects. Safety/Ethics: non-medical; avoid forceful breath-holds; discontinue with dizziness, chest pressure, or distress; protect vulnerable persons; respect traditions. What’s new in v1.1 Corrected the chakra-resonance method: K-1 must be paired with the cranial midline while walking; removed the “active” label for K-1; clarified the heel-to-sole strike cue. Clarified central-channel alignment: resonance appears when aligning a midline channel ~8 mm anterior to both the anal opening and the crown; noted why the perineum↔Baihui path (≈2–3 cm anterior) trains chakra/qi routes but does not by itself elicit Amrita. Tightened language, sequencing, and safety notes; reorganized quickstart steps for teaching clarity. Supersedes v1.0. Keywords: Amrita resonance; chakra resonance; Yongquan (K-1); central channel; toroidal circulation; dantian breath; micro-phenomenology; compassion; HRV; EEG coherence; biofield; subtle energy; entrainment.
