Amrita Resonance – Quickstart for Practitioners
This brief note presents a minimal, practitioner-oriented subset of the Amrita Resonance protocol suite. The aim is to provide a simple, replicable starting point for inducing Amrita resonance—a cool, ultra-fine, typically beneficial whole-body micro-sensation pattern—without requiring extensive background in contemplative practice. The Quickstart defines two core practices: 1. Chakra resonance (walking • Yongquan K-1) A walking protocol that couples a cranial midline “driver” point (subjective pineal region) with the Yongquan (Kidney-1) point of the stepping foot. Simultaneous attention to these two points, paced by foot-strike, is used to establish phase-locking, typically marked by the emergence of a faint, clear inner tone. 2. Central-channel Amrita induction (seated) A seated protocol that uses light breath-holds and gentle bandhas while visualizing a fine “spark” rising along the central channel between two anatomically precise anchor points: ~8 mm anterior to the anal opening (lower) and ~8 mm anterior to the cranial whorl (upper). When successful, this yields a uniform, cool, ultra-fine “sparkle” diffusing through the body and surrounding field, without inner tone. The document specifies safety constraints (no straining or hyperventilation; contraindications), common errors and corrections, a minimal daily schedule (5–10 min walking → 4–8 min seated → brief cool-down), and optional measurement hooks (HRV, simple EEG) for contemplative scientists and AI-assisted labs. It is intended as an operational entry point into the broader Amrita Resonance protocol suite, suitable for careful self-experimentation and small, well-supervised studies.
