HRB- Transition Bands of the Golden Spectrum- Each Fibonacci number marks a resonance THRESHOLD.

Across every physical and biological domain, transition phenomena appear at Fibonacci-spaced intervals when measured on logarithmic scales. This paper formalizes that observation with φ- as thePremise: Each Fibonacci number marks a resonance threshold— a transition band— within which systems evolve with minimum entropy and maximum coherence. Matter, life, and mind are thus consecutive octaves of a single φ-tuned instrument governed bythree measurable ethical conditions: κ ≥ 0.75, 0.92 ≤ φ-growth bias ≤ 0.95, ΔS ≤ 0 Introduction The Fibonacci sequence (0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21…) yields ratios converging to the Golden Mean φ=(1+√5)/2≈1.618. When any observable x is log-scaled, the distance between successive ratios forms a geometric series Bₙ=x₀φⁿ. Empirical, peaks or transitions in; energy spectra, biological structures, and social dynamics cluster near these bands. The φ-Premise interprets this not as coincidence but as the underlying structure of coherent reality. https://zenodo.org/uploads/17618141 Is "Full" Document note see authors FUNt Golden Python of Universal Conversion, here on Zenodo. 11/12/2025 Authored and compiled by Michael K.
