Symmetry and Structure of Time Crystals in the Fractal Density Activation Framework
Within the Fractal Density Activation Axiom (FDAA), the operative timeline is the activated set At = {t : D(t)≥Σ∗} with Hausdorff dimension Dt (carrier baseline log 2/ log 3 ≈ 0.63, triadic envelope Dt ≈ 0.81). Time crystals are identified as erosion-resistant fixed points of the temporal compositional lattice TF ⊗G = δTG (TF ), rather than as anomalies of a classical (non-fractal) time axis. Classification follows the dominant FDAA thread in w = (wgrav, wEM, wkin) and is denoted (terminologically) as Spin-2/Spin-1/Spin-0 for gravitational/EM/kinetic dominance, without altering microscopic particle spin. The framework reconciles energy accounting via orthogonal channels (no thermodynamic assumption needed) and replaces entropy language by an activation content functional Ξ; under period-T strobing, FDAA predicts step-like increments ∆Ξ ∝ Dt log(T /τ∗) with τ∗ = ξ/c. For temporal correlations, the theory constrains feasible exponents and makes the model choice explicit: for point-process/renewal readouts one expects g (2)(τ )∼τ −(1−Dt) , while for amplitude-dominated observables g (2)(τ )∼τ −(2−Dt) . With Dt ≈0.81 these give γt ≈0.19 or γt ≈1.19, respectively, to be fitted per platform. Laser-driven discrete (Floquet) time crystals are recovered as the Spin-1/EM case where a coherent drive composes with latent dynamics and exceeds the FDAA activation threshold Σ∗. The theory yields falsifiable predictions: (i) platform-dependent correlation exponents tied to the chosen observable and Dt; (ii) cycle-resolved activation-content plateaus scaling with Dt; and (iii) lifetime and stability laws that track the dominant thread weight (e.g., wEM for driven systems). Spin-0 (inertial) realizations and Spin-2 (gravitational) scenarios emerge naturally in the same algebra, the latter remaining an open empirical frontier.
