Зміст та властивості державного фінансового контролю в забезпеченні економічної безпеки держави

The study of the content and properties of state financial control is relevant in the context of public administration, since its modern definitions are often limited to an economic approach that does not reflect its complex nature. A broad understanding of state financial control as a function, tool and object of management contributes to the formation of a methodological basis for its organization. The article analyzes scientific approaches to state financial control, in particular its interpretation as a management function, an instrument of influence, a set of procedures, activities of authorized bodies and a type of financial activity of the state. A multifaceted approach to state financial control is proposed, which takes into account its interdisciplinary nature. The study is based on the works of domestic and foreign scientists and is aimed at clarifying the essence of state financial control to increase the efficiency of management of the state’s financial resources.
