Semantic Physics: The Fundamental Framework (Field, Fugue, Fold and the Bi-Modal Architecture of Meaning)
This paper presents Semantic Physics (SP), a thermodynamic framework that treats meaning as an emergent field phenomenon governed by conservation laws, transport equations, and phase transitions. Rather than viewing semantics as a computational artifact or an epiphenomenon of statistical learning, SP posits that semantic systems—both artificial and biological—exhibit universal dynamical principles analogous to those governing physical systems far from equilibrium.
