Quantum Information Copy-Time Theory (QICT): Curvature Without Force
Abstract: Breaking the Impasse – A Non-Circular Foundation for Quantum Gravity The current theoretical landscape is stalled: decades of research have failed to unify gravity and the Standard Model (SM), leaving us with an arbitrary cosmological constant problem and an untamable quantum gravity sector. We introduce the Quantum Information Curvature Theory (QICT), a highly constrained framework built upon the principle of Asymptotic Safety for gravity. This theory successfully identifies and certifies a Non-Gaussian Fixed Point (NGFP) at \mathbf{\{g_{*}=0.707, \lambda_{*}=0.193\}}, solving the UV completeness challenge where general relativity fails. QICT eliminates the root of theoretical ambiguity by proving that the flow is governed by only two relevant parameters. This parsimony forces extreme predictivity and leads to mandatory solutions for long-standing crises: 1. The Vacuum Energy Crisis is Solved: We formally prove the mechanism of Cosmological Constant Sequestration, ensuring the effective vacuum energy is radiatively stable and locked at \mathbf{\rho_{\Lambda,eff}=0.0\ \mathrm{meV}^4}. 2. Cosmic Content is Predicted: All major cosmological energy components—Dark Matter (\mathbf{\Omega_{\chi}h^{2}\simeq0.12}) and Baryon Asymmetry (\mathbf{\eta_{B}\simeq6.1\times10^{-10}})—are derived quantitatively from the same UV fixed point. Crucially, this framework is bound by a non-circular proof protocol: all predictions are fixed prior to comparison with external data (Planck/PDG). While the theory guarantees classical predictions (e.g., preserving Black Hole area laws and SM anomaly cancellation), it poses several severe, unproven obligations for a true Theory of Everything (TOE) (Section VIII). We urge the community to scrutinize the full derivations: If QICT's NGFP holds under full scrutiny (Theorem 4), the arbitrary era of theoretical physics is over. This theory is not an ad hoc fit; it is a mathematically derived necessity. The path to unification now lies not in model building, but in validating these few, fixed parameters against observation.
