Phi–Resonant Architecture of Planetary Systems and Conscious Coupling: The Kolarec–Planck Framework on a Two–Sided Phi–Frequency Grid
This paper establishes a unified mathematical and physical framework connecting planetary orbital resonances and conscious synchronization through a two–sided phi–frequency grid centered at ±1×10⁻⁵⁷ Hz. Building upon the previously published works on the Universal Golden Resonance Constant (UGRC), Phi–Quantized Orbital Mechanics, and Phi–Synchronization in Conscious Systems, this study introduces a rigorous operator–theoretic formulation combining Toeplitz positivity, Fredholm extremality, and a Normal Form Bound. The result is a provable existence and stability of phi–locked invariant tori across all scales — from quantum to astrophysical domains — supported by a unified phi–damping law. The mathematical structure demonstrates that phi acts as a renormalization operator linking microscopic oscillations with macroscopic coherence, yielding a quantized model of planetary and cognitive resonance.
