Optimal logistics-energy coordination in seaport microgrids under multiple uncertainties
Seaport electrification links microgrid power dispatch with AES berth allocation. Uncertainties from renewable energy and AES arrival times challenge microgrid operations. A two-stage method is developed to optimize microgrid scheduling while meeting AES needs. Berth allocation is split into location and duration for feasibility under uncertain arrivals. The first stage optimizes DG unit commitment and AES position, while the second stage optimizes berth duration and power dispatch based on uncertainties. The AES service order-based model is modified to a time-indexed model with binary variables. A DRO method addresses uncertainties in renewable output and AES arrivals. Case studies confirm the method improves microgrid performance and ensures robust solutions.
