PLANET4B Unknown Delicacies: Amazing Vegetables and Recipes from the Kitchen Garden Angrobiodiversity case study Budapest 2025
This recipe book contains dishes from vegetables that can be grown in homegardens in Hungary but are still relatively unknown and underutilised. This recipe book was co-produced by an activist-researcher (Borbála), an activist-farmer (Katalin) and a freelance photojournalist, photographer, and graphic designer (Judit). Borbála was one of the researchers of the Planet4B project's extensive case study on Agrobiodiversity management, Judit and Katalin acted as members of the stakeholder advisory board of this case study. The idea of a recipe book emerged out of the dialogue between case study researchers and stakeholder advisory board members during the Planet4B project.
