Abstract This presentation will share evidence on the impact of crises (war, pandemics, natural disasters) on chronic disease PHC and responses to strengthening PHC in Europe and globally. It will highlight the importance of PHC for maintaining universal health coverage in crisis-affected contexts and the gaps and limitations of the evidence on strengthening PHC in these contexts.
