Research on load transfer method of urban distribution grid based on power system reconfiguration

Safe and reliable supply of electricity is the cornerstone of social stability and economic development, and urban distribution networks require high reliability of power supply due to high load density and a large number of important users. However, grid failure during peak load period will inevitably result in power loss of users and heavy overload of equipment, which urgently requires rapid load transfer. However, the traditional manual transfer strategy is not efficient enough to cope with the complex network framework and multi-fault concurrent scenarios, and it is urgent to rely on the digital transformation of the smart distribution network to realize accurate regulation. Based on power system reconfiguration technology, this paper proposes a load transferring strategy for smart distribution grids, which can not only analyze the accident specifically by combining the network topology and the action of the safety automatic devices, but also clearly define the heavy-loaded equipment and the power loss equipment, and generate the Load transferring Strategy in a targeted way to ensure that there will be no heavy overloading of the equipment in the process of load transferring, and to avoid the expansion of the accident. This paper helps the smart distribution network to realize fast and effective Load transfer by digital means, ensures the safe operation of grid equipment, and provides theoretical support and technical foundation for the digital transformation of high-reliability urban distribution network.
