Design and Development of a Molecular Digital Twin for Comparative Analysis Between Real and Reflective Configurations of Edaravone Based on the Cosmic Mirror Concept
This study introduces a conceptual and computational framework for comparing real molecular structures with their reflective (mirror) counterparts, using Edaravone as a model molecule. By developing a molecular digital twin, the research aims to explore potential structural, energetic, and symmetry differences between chiral and mirror configurations. The approach integrates molecular modeling, quantum-level analysis, and molecular dynamics simulations to provide a theoretical foundation for understanding cosmic mirror symmetry at the molecular scale. This work lays the groundwork for future interdisciplinary studies linking chemistry, biophysics, and cosmological symmetry. The expected outcomes include a validated digital twin model, quantitative data on stability and energy, and 3D visualizations of molecular trajectories in both real and mirror systems.
