Digital Circuitality II: An Information-Theoretic Framework for Computation (v2, Kish-corrected)
Paper II of the Digital Circuitality foundational series. Establishes an information-theoretic framework for verified computation using Shannon entropy and the Entropic Transfer Coefficient (ETC). v2 (March 2026): MAJOR CORRECTION per review by Prof. Laszlo B. Kish (Texas A&M University). Landauer erasure principle removed entirely. Framework reformulated on purely information-theoretic grounds using Brillouin negentropy principle. All k_B and T (temperature) terms removed from formulas. ETC redefined as dimensionless H_d/C_s. Following Kish & Ferry (2018), DOI: 10.1007/s10825-017-1044-1.
