Placement: Ontology of the Embodied Self
This paper shows how declaration and relation live in the body. It frames authority and surrender as embodied conditions, not social labels, and positions Placement as a repeatable way to embody language. Saying and doing in concert produces stable felt states—calm, connection, presence—that we can document with state measures only (brief ratings and structured notes; no instruments). The argument links Werner Erhard’s distinctions about being and causality with contemporary views of embodiment, and locates their biological mirror in everyday practice. Placement is where ontology meets physiology: being declared, enacted, and felt. Author note (materials): https://laiyin.org/whitepaper-ontology/ DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17444167
