AT THE CONFLUENCE OF THE WATERS OF THE SUS: AN EXPERIENCE OF CO-MANAGEMENT IN MULTIPROFESSIONAL RESIDENCY

The article is based on a preceptorship experience in a multidisciplinary residency in a Family Health Unit in Aracaju/SE, between February 2013 and February 2018. The objective of this report is to reflect, from the perspective of the preceptorship, on the co-management space in a multidisciplinary residency program and its contributions to the maintenance and improvement of the Unified Health System, through interprofessional work in conjunction with popular knowledge-making. The text describes the journey of the collective composed of residents, tutors and preceptors and the (trans)formations produced in the knowledge-making of workers in the Unified Health System: from a practice-based on the logic of professionalization/specialization to an interprofessional one; from the logic of the formal and institutionalized health network to a living network, as a space for meeting and belonging. Thus, the multidisciplinary residency is evaluated as collaborating in the expansion of knowledge and practices in Primary Health Care, in a collective process of (trans)formation of health care centered on the health needs of people in their territories, in learning together and from everyday life.
