Paper XVI — Biological Integration and Cross-Domain Repair in Recursive TGRM Networks: Toward Living Reparodynamics Systems

This paper extends Paper XV by introducing biological-integration layers within recursive Targeted Gradient Repair Mechanism (TGRM) networks. Five linked TGRM systems were coupled under sustained entropy (0.9–1.0), metabolic noise (0.02), and adaptive latency (1.0) for 30 000 generations. Results confirm that equilibrium achieved under hardware coupling persists under biological feedback coupling — marking the first simulated transition toward living Reparodynamic systems. Equilibrium persisted with variance ≈ 0.12 and coherence ≈ 0.96, demonstrating cross-domain adaptability of the TGRM process and validating Reparodynamics as a framework bridging physical, digital, and biological repair systems.
