SDEL Scale Dependent Emergent Law: Space time Dynamics of Energetic Logos (SDEL) Toward a Unified Field of Matter, Mind, and Energy

I defend and develop the Scale-Dependent Emergent Law (SDEL) framework — here re-titled SDEL — Scale-Dependent Emergent Law: Space-time Dynamics of Energetic Logos — as a physically rigorous program that unifies gravitational, quantum, and informational perspectives into a coherent paradigm for emergent laws. SDEL proposes that the effective laws we observe (General Relativity, Standard Model dynamics, measured constants) arise from a pre-geometric, computationally structured substratum renormalisation that attains computational closure (εmachine) at particular coarse-graining scales. The renormalisation group (RG) flow of a ScaleDependent Effective Action ΓkGamma_kΓk, constrained by consistent histories decoherence and swampland UV conditions, selects physically allowable emergent theories. Data alignment — formalised as a mutual-information maximisation between ΓkGamma_kΓkand observational datasets — yields empirical anchoring and testable predictions (running of couplings, environment-dependent H0H_0H0, GW dispersion anomalies, and signatures in the CMB). In this commentary, I present the formal structure, sketch explicit derivations within the Functional Renormalisation Group (FRG) framework, defend the ontology of an Energetic Logos Field as both physically potent and heuristically productive, and outline concrete empirical protocols for falsification.
