Paper XV — Biological Integration and Cross-Domain Repair in Hardware-Coupled TGRM Networks: Toward Living Reparodynamics Systems
This paper extends Paper XIV by introducing hardware-coupled recursive TGRM networks operating under thermal noise (0.05) and sustained entropy coupling (0.9–1.0) for 20,000 generations. Results confirm stable equilibrium under physical coupling, with TGRM variance rising slightly (0.08 → 0.13) due to environmental interference. The next phase introduces biological feedback integration, testing whether equilibrium can persist when coupled with metabolic noise and adaptive latency feedback loops. These findings mark the transition from digital and hardware equilibrium toward bio-adaptive Reparodynamics systems. Data Source: Hardware-coupled TGRM sim results (Grok 2025).
