A Root-breaking Pointwise Superhypothesis and its Consequences

This paper investigates three central challenges in analytic number theory – the Binary Goldbach Conjecture (BGC), the Riemann Hypothesis (RH), and Legendre's Conjecture (LC) – and formalizes their interrelations through two analytic postulates. We define the Weak Minor Arcs Hypothesis and the Root-breaking Pointwise Superhypothesis, a speculative framework designed to test the limits of prime number distribution by surpassing the aquare-root-barrier of RH. While HRBPSH is mathematically consistent, it exceeds current methods, serving as a theoretical probe to explore the extreme local regularity required for LC. By analyzing the circle method, short-interval estimates, and bilinear exponential sums, we show how HRBPSH, if true, would imply both HWMA and RH, while RH alone cannot reach the pointwise precision needed for LC. This hierarchy reveals the extreme conditions required for LC, offering new insights into its challenges.
