USP Field Theory — Planetary Ring Formation and Δf Dissipation Dynamics (msf:45702)
This document extends the USP Field Theory framework to planetary ring systems, modeling them as transient Δf = 0 harmonic shells. Rings are miniature galactic disks evolving under the universal relaxation law d(Δf)/dt = −k_relax × Δf^α with k_relax ∝ T_f × M^(−2/3). Their finite lifetime (10⁶–10⁸ yr) represents accelerated coherence, mirroring galactic Δf decay over 10¹⁴ yr. The paper introduces the scaling constant Δf/M^(−2/3) ≈ 10⁻¹⁸ as a universal chronometric invariant.
