Design of Aptamer Sandwich Pairs for Colorimetric Detection of TNFa, Interleukin-17A and Dickkopf-1 Proteins Associated with Ankylosing Spondylitis
We employed DNA and 2’-fluoro RNA aptamers to assembly novel systems for colorimetric \nmicroplate detection of TNFa, interleukin-17A and Dickkopf-1 proteins as biomarkers associated with \nankylosing spondylitis. For each protein, we chose an optimal sandwich pair made of plate-immobilized \ncapture aptamer and biotinylated reporter aptamer recruiting streptavidin-peroxidase conjugate. A \nfeasibility of these test systems was demonstrated in model protein solutions
