Phase Coherence Collapse in Electrostatic Fusion Wells_ Deterministic Modeling of Ion Clustering and Relaminarization
CODES Framework Abstract: Ion aggregation in electrostatic confinement reactors, such as Orbitron-type and inertial electrostatic confinement (IEC) systems, has long been attributed to space-charge turbulence and random diffusion. This paper reframes those phenomena deterministically—as a measurable loss of harmonic phase alignment among confined ions. Using the Phase Alignment Score (PAS_h) and its temporal differential ΔPAS_zeta, the paper derives the critical condition for coherence collapse and subsequent ion clustering in electrostatic potential wells. A feedback potential δV(t) is shown to relaminarize the field, restoring coherent confinement by driving ΔPAS_zeta → 0. The resulting law connects plasma stability, field geometry, and control across electrostatic, magnetic, and hybrid architectures through a unified deterministic resonance framework. Avalanche Energy’s 2024–2025 Orbitron results are cited as empirical evidence of a high-coherence, laminar regime consistent with this model.
