Gravitational Wave Echoes as Informational Reflections from the Universal Equation
Hints of gravitational wave echoes — delayed, weaker signals following blackhole and neutron star mergers — have been reported in LIGO/Virgo data. GeneralRelativity alone does not predict them. The Universal Equation , by rescaling thePlanck mass via the constant F = 2=p3, predicts that echoes emerge naturally asreflections from the informational substrate. Numerically, predicts that the firstecho should appear 22:5 ms after the main merger signal, about 25% earlier thangeneric horizon-modification models ( 30 ms). This provides a concrete, falsifiableprediction for upcoming gravitational wave detections.
