ENGLISH 🇬🇧 The Channelist Policy Brief (v2.0) synthesizes the operational, ethical, and verifiable principles of the Applied Cognitive Symbology Architecture (ACS-5), translating them into a framework for policy-oriented and institutional application. It establishes four falsifiable tests and operational metrics (ICC and RSM) to validate transparent, auditable human–AI co-creation.The report consolidates the role of the Canal Transparency Protocol (CTP / PTC) as a standard for traceability and hybrid authorship between humans and artificial intelligences.
