Critical Analysis of the Minkowski--Minkowski Wormhole Model
We present a detailed analytical review of the work by Borissova and Magueijo,Quantum Dynamics and Thermodynamics of a Minkowski–Minkowski Wormhole (arXiv:2510.13944[gr-qc]). Their construction of a Lorentzian wormhole by cutting and pasting twoMinkowski spaces is examined within the closed variational framework of the Universal Lagrangian. We show that their model, although mathematically consistent asa boundary-value system, is not a closed solution of any variational principle. Byrestoring the full informational coherence term ( y 1)2, the Minkowski–Minkowskiconfiguration is recovered as a particular limit of a self-consistent -domain, free fromdiscontinuities and endowed with an intrinsic thermodynamic law S T2 .
