Recursive Reparodynamics in DNA Damage Repair: Entropy Rebound and Mutation Stability
This study presents the third recursive Reparodynamics simulation validating the Targeted Gradient Repair Mechanism (TGRM) at the genomic level. The experiment modeled DNA damage recovery under baseline entropy 0.3 across 100 generations. Results show complete repair efficiency (1.00) by generation 30 and long-term stability at ≈ 66.41 integrity, with a cumulative entropy rebound of 6.15. These outcomes demonstrate mutation-level stabilization through recursive adaptive repair, extending Reparodynamics from metabolic rejuvenation to genetic persistence.
