Ψ–Marine Structural Alloy.

This work derives the emergence of the Ψ–Marine Structural Alloy (Ψ–MSA)directly from the internal constraint term ( y 􀀀1)2 of the closed Universal Lagrangian. The alloy represents a coherent solid configuration in which informationalfeedback continuously redistributes internal stress, achieving self–balanced mechanicalequilibrium under variable load without additional mass or damping systems.Unlike conventional composites requiring layered reinforcement, the –MSA maintainsequilibrium as a single coherent informational domain. Applications includekeels, masts, dynamic foils, and structural components of marine vessels subject tocyclic and impact loads.
